Coffee Punch & Pages
The project is a boxing-inspired coffee shop in Baguio City, Philippines.
Why it was created
It was a simulation project designed for our virtual assistant training, preparing us for our future roles.
What the team needed to accomplish
Help the business owner build his social media presence to hook more customers and publicly announce the opening of his business at a larger scale.
Main objective
Give the owner the foundation of the business and make it known to both tourists and locals.

Getting noticed right away
Promoting a business that did not exist yet — the main challenge was improvising the future visuals of a shop nobody had seen.
What needed to be accomplished
Get as many people as possible interested in the opening.
What made it challenging
The visuals. To fulfill the tasks I assigned, we used AI to visualize what opening day would look like — live photos and the preparation behind them.
Why coordination mattered
Coordination binds the team together; it made the project far easier to run and kept us pointed at the main problem.
What needed to be organized
Post scheduling — SMM, graphics and the copywriter had to communicate for precise information on every post.
My Role as Project Manager
As Project Manager, I was responsible for keeping the team aligned, organizing responsibilities, monitoring progress, and helping move the project from planning to completion.
I designed the project into 8 main work packages — each package carrying its own INITIATE → PLAN → EXECUTE → MONITOR → CLOSE elements.
With five people on the team, I split the work into 2 Social Media Managers, 2 Graphics, and 1 Copywriter who also handled video editing.
I kept everyone aligned by explaining exactly how I wanted the project to look, backed by regular team meetings.
In Trello I checked the dates assigned to each task and tracked movement across the board.

Trello Board & Process
How tasks were tracked
The board was organized into Task, To-do, Doing and Done lists so every work package stayed visible and the team knew what to pick up next.
